1. The equipment is compatible with 5 types of bottles, no need to change accessories. Such as various round bottles, square bottles, hexagonal bottles, octagonal bottles, special-shaped bottles, and so on. It is suitable for 3 kinds of conventional capacity: 50-500ml, 500-2500ml, and 1-5L. Special capacity can also be customized.
2. The equipment is equipped with two modes of quantitative filling and fixed-level filling. These two modes only need one key to switch. Quantitative filling: ensure that the volume of each bottle is the same; fixed liquid level filling, so that the liquid level of each bottle is flush, and the liquid level will not be uneven due to the difference in the wall thickness of the glass bottle. When the fixed liquid level filling method is adopted, the equipment is filled to the set liquid level line, and then a vacuum recovery pump is used to recover more materials.
3. The switching of filling materials is completed in 9 minutes, which is fast and good. The equipment is equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen, and the system has its own cleaning function. It can switch filling materials with one button to meet the needs of customers for multiple types of filling and realize easy material change.
